WOW!!! This is the best kitchen peeler I have ever purchased. Not only does it peel, it will create those trendy veggie noodles that people are so into right now. One side peels, the other julienne. Very sharp, take time to get a good feel for the tool. Once you are used to it, you will be very pleased.Q uality built sharp stainless steel blade for easy and quick shedding and peeling. One of the best kitchen items I have found. No more hours of slicing for the perfect julienne. Minutes, yes, minutes and I had a pile of julienne carrots and peppers. I wish I had found this lovely tool years ago, what a time saver and super sharp! The perfect tool for any stir fry. I would give it six stars if I could. Very well made and weighted well. Sliced a raw carrot with ease.

Very efficient peeler and Julianne slicer. Bought this specifically to make zucchini noodles, and it does the job brilliantly. Very sturdy, very durable. Cuts a very thin layer off, perfect for my needs. I had no problems with clogging or cleaning . Peeled a soft peach easily. Nice packaging, would make a nice gift for a home cook.

What a surprise! Now I know why I never peeled carrots, potatoes, cucumbers or zucchini (I'm 66). My cheapo peelers in the past. Recently I started canning and after a few jams and preserves, some tomatoes and salsa, I decided to do some stews. A lot of carrots and potatoes. A different peeler was in order. Last night I used it to peel some carrots and potatoes. Still a long, tedious job, but did this little item make it a lot easier. My next adventure is to make some zucchini pasta. Just a word of caution: It truly is Ultra Sharp, so be careful. Worth every penny!!!!

I LOVE my peeler!!!! My daughter bought an OMG Peeler and I liked it so well that I was really looking for one of those.
I couldn't find one, but found yours and it is very much like hers......and much cheaper!!! I've only had it a week and already used it on apples, pears, potatoes and cucumbers. It is absolutely wonderful!!! Thank you.

Great tool but you do need to respect it. It is super sharp and peels and juliennes beautifully.

I used it to julienne carrots. It works perfectly. I sometimes use it to make zucchini noodles and it always gives great results.

I bought this specifically for green papaya salad and have since used it for many other things. It is the perfect home tool for long julienne of firm vegetables. Recommended Peeler.

Oh my goodness! This is great!! I made zoodles with a zucchini squash. Then I made a simple spaghetti sauce, and put it over my zoodles! I cannot believe how tasty it was!!!
