These really do work very well. I am 6 months into my 2 cats and 1 dog wearing these and haven't seen a flea since. I tried the expensive flea drops and nothing worked! 6 months my kitty suffered from fleas and it was driving him crazy! When the flea collar arrived we immediately put it around Kyo's neck and it was awkward for him since he never wears collars and he was acting strange but after an hour or so he realized what it was, within 2 hours he stopped itching excessively. I bought this for my 12 year old daschund/hound mix who is about 30 lbs, on the advice of my vet. I’ve never been a fan of flea collars but she said this was just as effective as the pills and more economical. It was hard to follow the directions but we did eventually get it on her and it seems to be getting the job done as I’ve not seen any fleas. I also like the fact that it lasts for 8 months. Recommended.
