So I have had this back brace for a few days now and wow what a difference. I use it a couple times a day. I put it on while making breakfast, to help me get my posture started out right. Then I use it for when making dinner as well. I never realized bad my posture actually was. I also enjoy using it while gaming because I really tend to slouch forward. I would definitely recommend this product. It is simple to use. So good posture for everyone.

This brace fit comfortably. I wore it for two days in a row and it made me move and sit correctly (as I am a driver), and I could feel almost an immediate relief with the back aches I have been having. As you can see i'm not a little gal. My back often hurts and I will admit I have lousy posture. Especially if i'm sitting at a desk. This is the most comfortable posture device I have ever tried. My lower back isn't hurting, my shoulders aren't aching either. I wear it under my clothing usually but I wanted you to see the difference it makes in my posture. This is an excellent product. I have tried several back supports over the years and this one is the best. I took the advice to wear it over a T-shirt. Had this back brace for about a week now. They say it takes some time for your muscle memory to fully correct your posture while using this product. I'm not denying that, but since using this (for only a week) I have noticed a huge difference. A big enough difference for my wife to even notice and comment on it. Its only the beginning of 2018, but I think this will be the best investment of the year.

Very good product. I use it when walking and it keeps my back from hurting. I walk about four miles a day(10,000 steps). When I first started walking to lose weight, my back muscles were not used to the workout. The back brace gives me the support that I need and I can really get it tight.The straps going around my arms, help keep my shoulders back where they should be. I wear the back brace under my shirt and I don't feel uncomfortable. I can recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve your back problems and posture.

Great Posture and lower back support. Once fitted correctly and wearing this brace as directed, I can definitely feel a difference in my back. If your on the fence about which back brace to buy, try this one! Very comfortable both under and on top of my shirt. I have my neck fused 2x, both front and back. This brace helps alleviate pain and stress on my neck and shoulders. I recommend this brace to help correct slouching and lower lumbar support when needed.
