How To Clean:

It's really simple! Firstly, make sure the power adapter port is closed with the included attachable seal to prevent liquids from entering. Then just rinse the inside compartments and wipe excess foods off with a cleaning sponge.

Note:

It can not be placed in microwave and oven for heating.
Please open the exhaust cover before heating.
Do not place the lunch box in water.

This is so much better than using the microwave. Microwaves change the texture of your food. This is like warming your food on the stove or in the oven. Just plug it up about 10-25 minutes before you are ready to eat. Them enjoy a meal that tastes just like it did when you cooked it yesterday. I pack my food the night before and put the whole unit in the fridge. Take it out and take it to work. Best purchase. You should definitely get this.

This container is great for an office graduate student like me. Its volume is perfect for my lunch, I don't need microwave anymore because it could heat by itself. By the way, it has a small space to keep my spoon on the top, I don't need to use any more cases! I love it.

This product is awesome, I don't have access to a microwave at work and after 20 plus years, I finally can eat my leftovers from home at work. It takes about 30 to 1 hours to heat items that were refrigerated but I'm there 8. Already used the soup bowl to heat water for coffee, tea, or hot choc. My co-workers are starting to order this also because the smell of my food made them wish they could have hot food also. The size of the compartment is more than big enough to hold my leftovers the added soup bowl is a bonus. The unit is easy to clean and fits conveniently in the lunch bag I already have.

I have been studying in the library for a while. This box prepared me with warm lunch during the study. Not too hot or too cold, just the right temperature.It may take 10-15min to heat the food. It's totally fine with me.

Always a pleasure buying one of these. We have two now, and they are great at keeping food warm/hot for extended periods. Great little product for heating your lunch. I think it would also work as a mini crock pot to serve dip at a party. There is a removable metal container, very easy to keep it clean. This lunchbox has worked great for heating frozen meals, soups, canned pasta, even a ham & cheese sandwich. The food definitely gets hot enough. I put some macaroni and cheese in it, and the cheese was bubbling away after a few minutes.
