This cap cools very well your head, it really made a difference when the sun is beating down on your head. Did not add bulk or cause me to increase size of helmet. Use in summer for cycling. Absorbs sweat extremely well and keeps sweat from running down into eyes. Also keeps my scalp from getting sunburned through helmet vents. Recommended!

Staying cool with this product is really its ability to soak up your sweat and keep your head cool. So it does work as advertised. The bigger benefit (especially for cyclists) is that it keeps rhe sweat from running down your face. Not only is your sweat locked up in the mesh, but the banding acts like a sweatband keeping it from running down your face. Overall, a definite must-have if you engage in any sport where you need to wear a helmet.

Just what I needed!!! Being a very heavy sweater my entire life, this cap was very helpful in cooling me during workouts and cooling me down after workouts. I would continue to wear long after my workouts during those hot and humid days and evenings. TOP it'll keep you cool and it feels sooo good on those hot and humid days.

It is very humid where I live. I was looking for a great cooling cap to help with all the sweat on my long bike rides. I use this under my cycling helmet.and it absorbs all the sweat that would normally be running down my face and into my eyes. I am very happy with this purchase.

Been a competitive endurance cyclist for over 15 years in Miami Florida. Was first introduced by this cooling cap three month ago by a good friend which also competes in CAT 3 criteriums. After trying it felt I could go longer and harder on all my rides. I’m a big sweater and I have a bald head which makes it even worse. I used to wear a headband on my 20-40mile bike rides and I would literally have to stop several times to wring it out cause it would be completely soaked. I’ve worn this on 2 40mile bike and it is amazing, it really works it magically distributes the sweat to wear in doesn’t drip in my eyes and even the it feels really wet, it’s not dripping everywhere. Amazing! I highly recommend this product and I’m definitely getting another one.

I actually like it a lot. I haven’t used it under my helmet yet. But I believe it will work just fine. After a ride on a hot day, I would take my helmet off, and the perspiration would just ( I’m bald) run off my head into my eyes. I hate it when that happens. Also I have to wash my helmet inside after 3 or 4 rides in the hot weather because it smells awful and I’m very self conscious about. Hopefully this will help that issue. Thanks Bella Gadgets!
