Exactly as described. Soft, flexible gel dividers that put mild pressure between toes to separate. First time of using them they were a little uncomfortable. Next few uses there was less discomfort. They were a little troublesome to put on at first, but my toes have been cramped for so long, that was expected. Easier to put on with each following use.
