I have used my damaged screw remover twice so far using 2 different sizes. Worked perfectly both times, just make sure you have a replacement screw ready if you need to replace the stripped one you are removing.

Great product. Works as intended. First time using this product.. I thought I had to drill the hole going in a clockwise direction but I saw that it wasn't drilling at all. So inspecting it closely I saw that you have to drill hole counter clockwise. After that flip over and push down hard so it grabs and press the trigger and out it comes.

Great product. I have only used them about 3 times but every time it worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this product, because I have been stuck wondering what to do when a screw gets stripped.

Awesome little kit, works as it should and comes with a nice carrying box. Don’t have to use it often but when you mess up on a screw this kit comes in very handy.

My husband loves these! He said they worked great and once he got the hang of them he could use them quickly and very easily. Used to get all the broken screws out of our old deck frame and to fix a planer. Very handy! I ended up getting a set for every male in my family!

Have used these several times since purchase and they have performed and held up well. They seem to be well made and good quality for the price. I had some Craftsman bits like these that did not work as well. I am not a professional but a weekend warrior!!

I didn't know how to extract a damaged screw from a bookcase that had screws holding separate pieces close together. I did a search on the Internet and this product came up quite frequently. Since am not a native handyman, I wondered if I would be able to extract the screws as advertised. The short answer is that the product works. I already had a drill and it was very easy. I thought I'd never get the screw out before this product arrived but thank goodness it worked.

A cool little kit to help you with that screw that just won’t budge or is stripped. Comes in a nice case to keep these bits seperate from other driver bits. A handyman or handywomans must have tool.

These bits make removing a stripped screw effortless. You run the bit backwards with one side to clean out the schmutz in the screw head, then you run the other side to grab and remove the screw. I've only used it 4 or 5 times now

Another great must have tool, if you've ever stripped a screw head and had to fight with it to remove it this makes the job easier, so it save you time

This works really well. It's such an indispensable tool, in those situations when nothing else can extract the stripped screw. This thing worked well, and saved me a lot of time and frustrations. It does what it's designed for. Excellent.
Nick
Very useful. Allows removal of screws without damaging furniture or cabinets. Great concept.

Husband loves these . Well made and do what they were designed for. Seem durable!

Should have tried this one first instead of the crappy Black and Decker extractors. Had to wrench a few extra twists to actually move the screw, but the thing has plenty of surface area as long as you can wedge it in and once it's in there it actually stays long enough to get some torque on the screw to extract it. Did what 5 hours of trying the Black and Decker alternative couldn't and trying to notch it with a Dremel kit failed. Would recommend!

Did exactly what it said. Rebuilding the top end in a cr125 and we had a stripped bolt. Counter clockwise in, flip, counter clockwise out. 30 seconds.
